Judgment
What I bring to projects
I am not here to sell AI as a magic layer. My work is to turn systems into something operable under real constraints: product, data, reliability, cost, and day-to-day operation.
That judgment has been shaped by building and evaluating solutions across different contexts, and it is what I bring into TenBeltz when we help SaaS teams and consultancies decide what is worth building and how to carry it into production.
My job is not to add AI by inertia. It is to help decide what is worth building and how to do it without damaging product, margin, or trust.
How I work
The four principles behind every project
This is the judgment I use to reduce risk before building and to make sure a system still holds once it leaves the demo.
Production, not demos
I do not design for something that only looks good in a meeting. I design for traffic, failures, costs, and maintenance from the start.
Measurable reliability
I define evals, golden sets, and clear metrics so the team knows when the system works and when it starts to drift.
Observability
Tracing, logs, and alerts from day one so the team can see, diagnose, and correct issues before users feel them.
Cost control
Cost per request, caching, cheaper paths, and operating limits. Usage growth should not break the margin.
Where this gets tested
TenBeltz is not the only environment where I apply it
